I recently had the pleasure of using the air conditioner service provided by AB Service, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch.
Firstly, the customer service I received when scheduling the appointment was exceptional.
On the day of the service, the technician arrived right on time and was courteous and professional throughout. They were well-equipped and demonstrated a deep understanding of air conditioning systems. Their expertise was evident as they quickly diagnosed the issue with my unit.
I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail displayed by the technician. It’s refreshing to see a service provider who goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer care.
Lastly, the pricing was fair and transparent. There were no hidden fees or surprises.
Overall, they have earned my trust, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.
when i called them and told them my issues – aircon not cool enough at 24 degree, which is my usual temp – they mentioned that it could be my compressor, which could cost a lot.
but they were willing to come help me check, and told me honestly not compressor issue, just that i haven’t serviced it in quite some time. they were efficient to help me rectify the issue with their tools, and made sure to keep the area as clean as possible.
would recommend if you’re looking for a no nonsense and efficient repair/service work.
Badiuzaman and his assistant did a very good job fixing my Air Conditioner and my shower water heater as well! I highly recommend, very worth the price. They are very responsive via call or WhatsApp.
Repairing and servicing everything was completed in two hours.

Texted them at 7.30am in the morning, I asked them to fix my bloated bottle trap & create a new water faucet for my washing machine.
They came at 10am and did the two job in 2 hours. My piping for my water faucet is broken but the managed to find a solution and the job is really clean.
Updated me at every step of the progress and made sure I was informed of the final say. Pricing is reasonable and they make sure to check with you before executing.
I will definitely repeat their service again.
