Our installer, Tom Smith, did an excellent job and then some. I would give him 10 stars on a 5 star poll. He went above and beyond what we expected from a good installer. Very informative, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of property, etc etc! He knows his stuff! Hoping that the product is as good as our installer! 😁 I am sure it will be. The picture is after the install to our city water and water before because our daughter was worried about chlorine. Water without filtration was totally yellow from the chlorine. After install, the chlorine content was 0! Can’t get better than that!

Mr Marques Williams was excellent in explaining the issues with our Air Conditioning system and the ways that we could improve and solve the problems with the system. He is a very knowledgeable and courteous person and it was a pleasure to meet him and watch him repair our system to fully working AC system. Thank you for your hard work. Sal arrived when expected and was professional and friendly. He did a thorough inspection and explained what repairs/work was required. He arranged for a technician to come out to give an estimate for replacement parts. He cleaned the blower and replaced it ensuring it worked well. An excellent job, thank you.
Update …. I had the whole system replaced and I am completely satisfied with the job done. Getting permits was simple and the work was done the same week and completed in one day. Halton and Shaq worked together so well during the installation. They were respectful and very professional. Both had excellent knowledge of the equipment and gave clear explanations and advice on running, checking and maintaining the unit. I would highly recommend American Air, Plumbing and Electrical to everyone. A pleasure to work with this company.
My visit with Justin at American Air, Plumbing, and Electrical was top notch! He took so much time with me and made sure to answer all my questions. He genuinely seemed happy to help. He worked with me to get everything I needed, had all my options written out, and walked me through it all. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I was extremely happy with the service he provided. I have already recommended American Air, Plumbing, and Electrical to my friends and recommend them to you too. They have not forgotten about customer service as so many others have now days.
