I am impressed with the services provided. First try was to repair the kitchen sink repair which i am happy with the outcome. 2nd and 3rd were for toilet bowl repairs. All the 3 assigned plumbers are very professional and I am truly happy with the outcome. Price is reasonable. Will definitely engage their services in the future. See the before and after repair. Vincent scrubbed the tank clean, 🫡!
Contacted very last minute and yet they were still able to accommodate despite public holiday. Great service from Mad managed to clean my mattress from pet urine and sanitize it to eliminate odor. Highly recommend!
terrible customer service
booked 2 days in advance and on the day itself they changed the PIC to another guy
would have been no problem, but the new pic messaged me 15 mins before the appointment time to tell me that he is sick and wants to come later
if sick dont come to peoples house
asked them to change PIC and they took another 3 hours to respond and tell me everyone is busy
i cancelled in the end. wasted time
Had electricity trip problem at my house. The electrician inspected and quoted whooping RM800 to repair, also burned RM80 for that house visit. Consulted my brother for a second opinion, he solved the problem for me with a RM13 light change. SCAM! Avoid at all cost.
I would give zero star if theres this option.
Unprofessional management / PIC. Booked for 4pm, waited half an hour for them but only got informed that the staff can only be here at 5.30pm and the staff told that he just got informed about the job 10 mins ago when i have already booked the slot a day earlier. This clearly is a misarrangement issue. They couldn’t even pick up calls when i tried to call them several times, only replying through texts. Most importantly, they weren’t even apologetic about this, saying that they are lack of manpower due to year end. If you don’t have sufficient manpower, the least you can do to inform your customer that you will be late or what is the eta cause we also have other arrangements during the day, don’t expect us to have all day waiting for you.
Very unprofessional way of handling customers. Go ahead and book if you have all day to wait for them, don’t expect them to be on time. Lol. Ridiculous.
