Unfortunately, none of our regulars are available during the last few days before Aidilfitri or Eid after trying to get a hold of them. And then, came these guys who are available and go ahead with the replacement just a day after contacting them. So glad they’re available at a hectic time near the holiday season. The job was simple and straightforward, and now we have proper lighting again. I hope this is the sign of a good thing. I had came across Berjasa Eng. through posting at Facebook. Through numerous posting from Berjasa Eng’s posting on thier jobs done for other customer, it gained some confidence in me to try them out after looking at the workmanship quality for other customers of theirs. I had requested Berjasa Eng. to help with ventilation fan installation at my toilets.
Throughout the quotation phase until work completion phase, they are professional, responsive and responsible. Mr. Bambil is able to provide prompt responses and updates on the quotation and work arrangements for the appt. day itself. Mr Yusuf who came for installation took serious attention on the workmanship and they cleaned up the place well after the work is done.
