I was having pest infestation at my premise and I have reached out to APM. Mr James from APM is very patient and professional, he has guided me through the whole process and advise me on the root cause. After several rounds of servicing, I have observed that the pest activities have slowed down and started to show improvement. Okay readers, hear me out. Mr James is truly one of a kind. When I consulted him on a bug issue via text, he gave multiple advices on what needs to be done to tackle the issue NATURALLY first rather than pushing a pest treatment option immediately.
A previous pest control team that I consulted did a very bad job on the bug issue and wanted to charge again for a second session. Instead, I decided to ask Mr James for the second session. He insisted on visiting site first to determine whether it was necessary. Upon visiting, he inspected the site well and gave valuable advices and information. Luckily, in my case, second session were not needed.
In a world where majority are just trying to step on other people, there is someone like Mr James. Shows the level of understanding and care he has on your issues.
