Okay readers, hear me out. Mr James is truly one of a kind. When I consulted him on a bug issue via text, he gave multiple advices on what needs to be done to tackle the issue NATURALLY first rather than pushing a pest treatment option immediately.
A previous pest control team that I consulted did a very bad job on the bug issue and wanted to charge again for a second session. Instead, I decided to ask Mr James for the second session. He insisted on visiting site first to determine whether it was necessary. Upon visiting, he inspected the site well and gave valuable advices and information. Luckily, in my case, second session were not needed.
