After reading positive reviews on Google Maps, I decided to consult Sands Agency.
They provided me with a selection of available Indonesian maids and a breakdown of the costs involved in bringing one to Malaysia.
Once I selected a maid for an interview and paid the initial deposit, my consultant, Mei Ling, promptly arranged an online meeting.
The approval process with local ministries took about seven weeks, followed by an additional two weeks on the Indonesian side to finalize arrangements and fly the maid over. Before she was released to us, she underwent medical checkups and basic training—bringing the total process to about 3 months from the initial deposit payment.
Overall, I truly appreciate Sands Agency’s efficiency, professionalism, and thorough follow-up service. A special shoutout to Mei Ling, whose expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We’re also very happy with the quality of the maid we’ve secured!

I’m very sorry to discourage you from using this agency. It is the worst among many agencies I used in many countries. The Pilipino maid doesn’t want to come at the last minute, wasting four months. Yet they threaten to delay the cancellation, delaying my new application. Their marketing staff, Ms. Ivy, keeps making empty promises and lying about submission. Their operation team are not professional at all, forgetting documents and lazy submitting. I simply don’t have any faith in them, Sands acts like a schemer.
The worst maid agency. We took a maid from Sand Agency Klang, once she arrive for 3 months until the guarantee period ends she was okay. In the 4th month all kinds of problems arises, she said having family problems, husband having affair so can’t concentrate on work and the worst part she told she can’t hear! Her one ears literally can’t hear anything! So what is the reason or the medical check up she went thru. When we spoke to the agent and counselor they told they can’t help since the guarantee period ends da and we have to come out with some amount for replacement. The agent could answers us when we told and ask then how she could apply work when hearing issues and they didn’t really bother on that matter. By right they should compensate us as the maid was medically unfit!
