Punctual, efficient & honest.
The technicians assigned to me were Basharat & Noorhafizan they arrived on time & were careful moving around in my small home. They did a good & efficient job chemical cleaning 2 units of air-con & help to wash the filter & wipe down 1 unit even though it was not required of them.
10/10 would ask for them again.
Their technician was late for 3 hours and was not really professional for the service. After service completed without feel guilty was ask to take their service more often where as your service was really worst. The communication between their office and the technician also was not tally and cause confusion towards the customer
Really good job done by the team. The service folks were nice and polite, and did a very clean job. Price is very reasonable and setting an appointment with them was easy and quick too. Would highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again and again. And again.
Today I had my four air conditioning units serviced by Aircon Hero Sdn. Bhd., and I’m happy to share my experience. With four units to maintain, I was looking for a reliable and efficient service, and for the most part, I was satisfied with the results.
Booking and Communication:
Scheduling the service with Aircon Hero Sdn. Bhd. was relatively easy. I contacted them via Website and Whatsapp and they were able to accommodate my preferred time slot within a few minutes. Their communication leading up to the appointment was good, with a confirmation chat before the appointment. They also clearly explained their pricing structure and what the service would entail.
Technician’s Performance:
The technicians, Yen and Din from Team 5, arrived on time and were professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable about the different aircon models I have which is Mitsubishi and Daikin. They worked efficiently and tidily, minimizing any disruption to my home.
Service Quality:
The service itself seems to have been thorough. All four units are now cooling significantly better than before. I noticed a marked improvement in airflow and a reduction in noise from one of the units that was particularly problematic. Yen and Din cleaned the filters, coils, and other components, and checked the refrigerant levels. They also pointed out a minor issue with one unit that might need attention in the future, which I appreciated.
Value for Money:
The price for servicing four units was RM 582. Considering the quality of the service and the noticeable improvement in my air conditioners’ performance, I feel it was a fair price.

Overall, I’m pleased with the service provided by Aircon Hero Sdn. Bhd., especially the work done by Yen and Din from Team 5. They were professional, efficient, and did a good job of servicing my four air conditioning units. I would recommend them to others looking for a reliable aircon service provider.
Team 1 came to carry out pressure testing last week and returned today to change my aircon unit due to a leak.
Arrived promptly, very polite and courteous, changed the indoor and outdoor units without fuss and their work was very neat and tidy!
