1. Price – First of all, I received estimates from about 10 interior design companies. In terms of price, it was on the expensive side among the 10 companies. However, I chose aluminum cabinets because wooden cabinets are weak to water.
2. Durability – Aluminum seems heavy, but it is very light. However, the PET material on the surface is a bit disappointing. It is very easily scratched. The workers who installed the cabinet caused scratches. It is a new cabinet, but it is very disappointing that there were many scratches during the installation process. Also, the corners are exposed. My family cut hand on the aluminum and it bled, so we went to the hospital.
3. Table top – The installation technician’s skills are very poor. (It is why i give it 3star only..)I have worked with several interior design companies before. The boss was away(just moment there.. and gone)The rookie technicians who worked did the work. Table top edge was broken, but they tried to hide it with silicone without telling me. They made several mistakes when measuring the size, so we had to rework it. However, the person in charge did not apologize for their mistakes. He avoided contact and hung up the phone saying he would do it tomorrow.
4. Contact – It seems like there is no communication between the sales staff and the workers who come to the house. I had to explain to the workers again about the parts that needed to be repaired. It seems like there was no communication between the employees.
5. Period – It seems like it will take more than 3 months from deposit to completion, including holidays. This is one of the reasons I am the most tired.
6. Conclusion – I chose this company because the sales staff seemed kind and friendly, but I am so angry at the workers that I am going crazy. I think they need a little more experience.

Excellent consultation and service by Bryan of Alloy Kitchen. Very polite and friendly. Communication was very good and Bryan was very prompt responding to all queries. He followed up on any outstanding issues without reminders from me, and gave excellent recommendations on design as well as meeting my budget.

The installation team was very experienced and professional. They were very patient with the restrictions and other ongoing work at my unit. Despite being pressed for time, they calmly ensured all minor details were completed and left the new cabinets fitted to high standards and all joints and connections sealed up perfectly.
