We have great satisfaction with this company, especially the professionalism of Lucas who solved our clogged drain pipe issue. Many other plumbing companies have failed to resolve the problem. Not only did he meticulously look for the source of the clog, he patiently explained how he would unclog it. He used modern and sophisticated methods for the unclogging procedure. He is also very soft spoken. I would highly recommend AlphaWater to anyone who has plumbing/clogging issues.
Lucas has been fantastic and very helpful in explaining his methods. He saved me lots of money when other plumbers could not unclog my sink. Would definitely recommend him.
Lucas is amazing!
Problem: Toilet has been haunted by a unpleasant odour for a while. Couldnt figure out where it came from. Can only guess that the drain is clogged hence why the smell wouldnt go away.
Response: Super prompt. Despite being away for vacation, Lucas still replied my messages.
Service: Excellent! He was super dedicated in sniffing out the source; inspected all corners, connecting drains and pipes. Didn’t flinch or complain. Even helped to clear the sink and drain, tighten the faucet, and clean/wash the nasty odour along the way. What a champ! It turns out the smell had nothing to do with the sink or drain or toilet, it was a dead gecko behind the toilet mirror.
I guess other plumbers would have just unclog the drain based on my guesstimate and call it a day. Lucas did not give up looking for the source and that is why he is amazing. THANK YOU, LUCAS!

Lucas was very professional and did an excellent job in cleaning and clearing our clogged bathroom. Not only that he also got rid of the stench from the bathroom.
