Highly recommend and very Impressed by Amico’s Waterproofing work for the roofing and our exterior wall . The workers are professionally trained and use good quality product . Satisfied with their service and the final outcome .
Buyers beware. I used Amico services to waterproof my bungalow and paint my house. The quote was much higher than the market rate. However due to the positive reviews in Google maps I went with Amico. It was a mistake. Contrary to others review, I had a bad experience with Michelle. I had to escalate to her manager Kevin to get the issues rectified. Kevin was good and completed most of the pending items. There is still some work pending that is not complete and I have given up. I engaged another contractor to finish the job.
Anyway lesson learnt. Be very thorough in reviewing the contract with Amico because this company is not very transparent. It will save you time and money to do your due diligence. Better take your business elsewhere.
