I used to correspond with Mr Wong. His response was fantastic and impeccable, on time and efficient and the maids are good.
Unfortunately, recently another supervisor took over from Mr Wong and her service is totally the opposite. Unresponsive to calls, whatsapp; no response at all.
I really like the services of the ‘maids’ and they do a good job but unfortunately, they with a supervisor of this caliber…. business opportunities will be lesser.
Maids refuse to learn English or Malay, they deny whatever valuables that they threw away, such as lego booklets, lego boxes, school drawings, lego pieces (which we found in the trash, yes we dug up after 1 plus year of their service as we found a lot is missing) pointing fingers at each other and at the beginning broke a few of our ceiling curtain hook rollers. But, the positive side about this is, they are fast. Although not really thorough as we only hired a 3 hour 2 maids services once a week. We just have to keep changing and rotating the maids.

Mr Wong and his cleaners are a professional group. So fast the cleaner worked and efficiently – god sent really to my family and I as our maid of 5+ years suddenly decided not to continue to work with us! If you are in Setia Alam/Setia Eco Park area – this company will satisfy you for sure ! But, they might not have slots for you as they are usually packed with regular customers. My parents & brother’s family also use them, and my mum is totally satisfied as well. Thank you Mr Wong & Dilla (cleaner for my house).
