I had an excellent experience with this laundry service! They did a fantastic job, and with the express option, my items were ready even earlier than expected. The delivery to my hotel was smooth and hassle-free, and the customer service was incredibly friendly. I can highly recommend them to everyone, and I will definitely use their service again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur!
Went for express, wash+dry+iron+fold and deliver to hotel. Very pleased with the return of the clothes; smells nice, well ironed and neatly folded. Prices are by kg. Good service. If I return to KL, will send to them for laundry again.
If you’re traveling through KL and need a place for laundry, this is the place. They do pick up and delivery for a cheap price! I left some money in one of my pockets and the staff were honest with letting me know that they had found all of it. Not a dollar missing! Great service, I recommend them. Very communicative on progress via whatsapp.
Such a great service. We were visiting KL and needed laundry done for our family of five. These guys collected from the hotel, and delivered it back cleaned and folded the next day. Fast communication, honest and fair pricing. Strongly recommend!
Great, quick communication via WhatsApp and our clothes were picked up from our hotel (we were staying close to the Pavilion) and dropped back in one day (Express option). They were folded perfectly and were smelling so clean and fresh. I highly recommend this place! ☺️
