I recently used AITO ArtClean for forensic cleaning after a passing at home, and their service was outstanding. The team was professional, detailed, and very thorough in their work. They handled everything efficiently and made sure the place was properly cleaned and disinfected.

What stood out to me was their care and professionalism throughout the process. It wasn’t just about cleaning—it felt like they genuinely understood the situation and did their best to make things easier. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of service.

I’ve recently had to deal with a hoarder situation left by a late relative. There were stacks of newspapers going back decades in almost every room, rotting foodstuff, empty but dirty containers, a museum load of dead electronics, and general detritus from living in the same place for decades, with the added bonus of covid panic buying. Also, the house is near eateries, so, hoarder or no hoarder, we’d get ‘visitors’ i.e. rats, cockroaches.

I turned to AITO ArtClean because of the rat and rat droppings issue. They sent a representative for a quote, En Ariff, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. We were never made to feel ashamed at any point re: the hoarder issue, and, he was positive they could deal with the situation for us.

Things only improved from then on. We received a quote, for both labour and cleaning, and also the RORO bins (very necessary!) which we felt reasonable. They had a team ready to engage as soon as possible.

Crunch time! Day one, the team arrived, easily recognisable as members of the company (the t-shirts). The supervisor, En Rosli, introduced himself, and went over the scope of work clearly and concisely. This clear communication was maintained throughout the project (it must be noted that we communicated in Bahasa Malaysia).

The team was hardworking, polite, knowledgeable, and experienced. They kept their eye out for things that we might want to keep but may have accidentally passed over. They also kept us all on schedule.

Eventually, once the mess was cleared, and the good items put aside safely, the house was cleaned, top to bottom. It wasn’t sparkling in some places, but that is no fault of theirs. A house can only take so much abuse over the years. We were satisfied with the level of cleanliness in the end.

There was also free pest control and disinfectant provided by the company, as well as termite and mold treatment, if necessary.

Despite this being a high stress, emotional situation, the project went well from the beginning to the end. The experience of the members of this company definitely helped.
