Just signed up for a one year contract with Aruza Pest Control. The price was right and they gave me a $250 discount to start. My Tech texted me when they were on the way and I was greeted by Marco when he arrived. Marco was very informative about my current insect application and very polite. I had a great experience with Adam! He was not only nice and professional but also arrived on time. Throughout the entire process, he was very informative and kept me updated every step of the way. His expertise and friendly demeanor made everything so much easier.
Please be aware that this review is NOT for the workers coming out to treat the space. It’s for the customer service team when you call. I’ve been a customer since late 2023 or early 2024, I travel for work and am not always home so my son set up the account for me with Ken “the bug man”. All went well with that. I have called the office 5 plus times to change the card and contact information on file for the automatic payment from my sons to my own.
Each time I’m told I can’t make changes and a manager will reach out to me.To date and multiple calls I’m still waiting for a return call.
The lack of customer service is unbelievable.
It is only out of laziness and not making it a priority I haven’t switch to Massey as yet. They just gave me a quote that covers a lot more than I’m currently getting with Aruza.
My yard is now fenced and each time the come to treat, my lanai is not getting done. I cannot say that in a year or so by sheer happenstance I was home when the rang the doorbell and only twice was the back done. This can be solved if they would just change the contact info to mine so I know when they’re coming.
Abraham arrived in the time scheduled. He was courteous, pleasant and professional. She sprayed the interior and exterior as requested.
Exceptional customer service! Job well done and he provided instructions to keep myself and pets safe once he sprayed.
Reminded me of what to expect within the next two weeks and stated if there were any problems, guaranteeing that any issues would be resolved.
Christopher was on time, very professional. He wanted to know if I had questions we spoke for a few minutes and he departed. I was very satisfied with the installation.
