We show them our house termite problem, they propose use drill and spray. We signed package with them with 5 years warranty but they can’t solve the problem after several treatments. The termite problem is getting worse after few months. Then they propose to sign baiting package. We very disappointed on their expertise and service. We look for others pest control company and the problem solved in 2-3 months. We’ll never recommend BFH to others!
