It was my first time ever knowing of Big Bath as I was always living abroad. Now nesting in KL, I needed a new faucet for my bathroom, scrolling through the Internet, looking for the most reliable shop. I guessed I found the Best one! It was through a few WhatsApp messages by the very helpful, professional, and friendly staff named Wayne who patiently guided me from sending some photos complete with the descriptions of the faucet as I chose to purchase online. The best part was that the shop was able to deliver it straight to my doorstep within a couple of hours! Thank you so much for your Great service, Wayne!! Went this morning for my first visit after finding it on Google Maps. Staff on duty,named Corliss, was helpful and gave me enough space and time to browse around the all store. Bought something and will certainly buy again. They have a good selection of bathroom products and a smaller mix of kitchen stuff upstairs, but I’m sure there will be much more on their website. Great for those who enjoy designing and fixing their own suites. There’s a station nearby if you’re not driving. Thank you
