Every single person I have encountered with this company (Emiliano, Jacob, Emily, Alan and Sam) has been a shining example of great customer service. They scheduled me quickly following my frantic call regarding a termite swarm inside my new (to us) home, they followed up with me to make sure my needs were met and I received a phone call from the owner himself to express his empathy for my situation and he promised to take care of it and my family. Sam came out today and provided me with ease of mind that the problem is taken care of. He provided great knowledge and tips regarding insects, pest control and what to expect after treatment was applied. 10/10 on making this such an easy going experience.
Ethan Shobe serviced my home. He was on time, extremely courteous and immediately explained the process of his work. He also mentioned the advantages of servicing the inside of my home. I agreed. It is so refreshing to deal with such a courteous young man that takes pride in work.
Crazy ants showed up again but on other side of our deck. David with BUGCO came Monday to take care of our problem. David explained about there being three different kinds of crazy ants and determined we had the Tawny ants. David explained about the spray he would be using and sprayed all our rock beds across the back of the house as he explained ants and scorpions love rock beds. David also sprayed the deck, deck skirt and our house outer walls where ants had been seen. David said to give the chemical at least two weeks to work and if we still saw ants to contact their office and they will be out to take care of the ants. We feel that David has more than taken care of our ant problem but nice to know they are there if we need them.
My technician who came out (Chase) was awesome today. He went above and beyond to remove multiple active wasp nests at my house, many of which I didn’t even know about. Great company, and very responsive if any issues persist after or between quarterly treatments.
I had previously hired this company for several of our communities, and our relationship was great. However, my most recent interaction was extremely disappointing and disrespectful. I had a very unpleasant experience over the phone with Jacob, who hung up on me while I was still talking. This incident speaks volumes about the current customer service culture and company values. Given the numerous other companies offering similar services in the market, I cannot recommend a company that upholds such values.
