We’ve been with this cleaning services for a year now and they have been very professional. Good communication. The cleaners are punctual and polite; and consistent. Quality of work is high. They would even help with ironing, my biggest nemesis. I spent the first 2-3 weeks telling the cleaners what I like; and since then, no issues. They would come in and no direction is needed. We have had the same team for approx 6 months; and when a slight change but the main cleaner (in a team of 2) was still the same and she ensured that the cleaning job is never affected.
The cleaners are great at confirming their session each week. If we are planning to be away, they have been flexible; just have to let them know a couple of weeks in advance. We try not to cancel at the last minute, although it has happened a couple of times, due to work/family – they have been pretty understanding and flexible too!
If you do not have time to buy cleaning supplies, they can also do that for you. And they will give you the receipt for those items to show you that they never took a cut from buying the cleaning supplies!
Very happy with this company. There are slightly cheaper ones around – and I have tried those; however, the angst and unprofessionalism of those cheaper ones are really not worth your time!
I’m very pleased with the two housekeepers who come for 4 hours once a week, and I’ve been using their services for years now. They work efficiently and are always willing to make adjustments when needed. The ironing is impeccable ! and I also appreciate their punctuality and cheerful attitude.

No comment on their service been using them for almost 3 years . The service I get from Cantika is always satisfied and extra ordinat u My wife never had to tell them on what to do beside showing them where are the cleaning stuff.
