First time using the service with zero knowledge of cleaning, I am satisfied. It was a great job!!! Thank u so much. The boss the admin so helpful and giving great info. The helper kakYanti OMG no need to instruct what to do, she immedietly start and she can work without supervised. And surpringly she adviced me how to decorate and help to decorate my solat area and help to arrange the furniture for me and advice me “macam mak-mak” how to maintain the cleanliness. Definitely will call again for your help. Tq tq tq so muchhhhhh again!!!
Been purchasing their services since a few months ago and I’m very satisfied with the current cleaner (Juliana) that they’ve arranged for me. She’s really tidy and quick with her hands. The rates are not too bad as well, considering the average price these days.
My work schedule requires me to plan 1-2 months ahead when it comes to these cleaning services and so far, they’re very punctual and responsive for every appointment. Overall, it’s been a pretty good experience and not as stressful as compared to the previous companies that I’ve used.
WORST CLEANING SERVICE EVER – SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
I used to love this cleaning service, but now? It’s an absolute NIGHTMARE. They used to send me a maid who was fantastic—detailed, thorough, and actually did her job. But ever since they replaced her, it’s been TERRIBLE. The new maid is lazy and careless, and I constantly have to double-check and tell her to clean things AGAIN. Why am I paying for a service if I have to supervise her like a child?!
And the way she “cleans” the floor? A JOKE. She mops ONCE with detergent and just leaves it like that—no second mop with water. My floor is left sticky, dirty, and disgusting. If I wanted half-done cleaning, I would’ve done it myself!
But let’s talk about their HORRIFIC punctuality issues. Their driver? NEVER. ON. TIME. Always 30 to 45 minutes late, every single time, without fail. And instead of apologizing, they gaslight me and tell me to “be understanding” because of traffic. TRAFFIC IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR CONSISTENT LATENESS! Leave earlier! Plan better! Basic professionalism, as simple as that.
And get this—one time, I booked a 4-hour service, and the driver showed up in less than 2.5 hours to pick up the maid, claiming “her job was done.” EXCUSE ME?! It wasn’t even 3 hours in, and the house was still a mess. I had to call management to tell them to get the driver to come later. And guess what? The maid was supposed to leave at 1 PM, but the driver didn’t even show up until 2:15 PM! So first, they try to cut my cleaning time short, and then they make me wait OVER AN HOUR for pickup?! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.
This company has gone from excellent to downright SCAMMY. They no longer care about quality, customer service, or even basic time management. If you’re thinking of booking them, DON’T. You’ll end up frustrated, angry, and with a half-cleaned house.

I recommend Nita as our cleaning helper. Aside from that, don’t waste your time and energy dealing with their service issues. We’ve been using their services for nearly two and a half years, and the quality has gone from excellent to terrible. (Our cleaning service is scheduled for 2 hours every two weeks.)
Like many of the negative reviews below, we’ve experienced the same frustrating pattern—they start by arriving 30 minutes early, then gradually push it to an hour earlier, blaming the driver and claiming that the backend office wrote the wrong timing on the board.
Each time, we are forced to deal with their inconsistent scheduling without any apologies. Instead of taking responsibility, they first try to cover for themselves or shift the blame onto others, only offering an apology when there’s no other excuse left.
Most recently, due to their ongoing inconsistency, they typically send a text message a week in advance to confirm the next cleaning date and time. However, this past week, we received nothing. Naturally, we assumed the backend office had failed to schedule our appointment.
In the end, they just showed up unannounced when we weren’t expecting them. After they called, we explained the situation, and they claimed they would check with the office. That was the last we heard from them—no follow-up, no calls, no updates, and not even an apology.
Today, we decided to cut ties, but we still wanted to share our experience with them. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they challenged us, insisting that they hadn’t missed or mishandled anything in the last two sessions. Based on that, they simply assumed we would be home for the cleaning service—without confirming whether it was still scheduled—leaving us completely in the dark.
The cleaning services provided are good and reliable. I have been using the service for over a year with no complaints. Casabella is definitely one of the better service providers in the market.
