I’ve use their service for the longest time. They cleaned my shop after renovation so well that I booked them repeatedly for other businesses and my own home. Maids are professionals in using chemicals as my house has pets so they know where to use eco friendly products. Very quick and very clean 👍

I know i can be a bit of pain about cleaning, but i like everything spotless. I recently hired Chiam’s cleaning for a cleaning of my home, and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. The cleaners were slow and seemed untrained, resulting in a lack of attention to detail.
After their cleaning, my home still felt dusty and dirty, with the toilet walls not scrubbed properly. Many chores were left unfinished and not done on time. To make matters worse, the flush in the master toilet is no longer functioning, which I suspect was caused during the cleaning process.
I expected a professional service but was left frustrated and dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this cleaning company based on my experience.
