Choochii Expert Cleaning Service

I waited 1.5 months (since 2 August 2023) to give this review because I wanted to give these people time to do good on their promise to replace and install a broken light fixture that one of the cleaners that had broken during my first and last cleaning session. However, to this day they have not replaced the light fixture.

I wanted to deduct the cost of calling a handyman to install a new light but the company claims that they have their own people who will do it for me. Fair enough, but 1.5 months of waiting and they keep giving excuses – lampu tak sampai lagi, nanti supervisor akan call, then lagi best sekarang the PIC we have been dealing with all this while (who has also left a 5-star Google review for this service, name starts with A) has stopped responding. Kan senang kalau cepat2 replace client punya lampu macam dijanjikan. I never like to leave a bad review, but I guess some businesses need honest feedback.

To be fair, apart from the broken light fixture, the cleaners themselves are good and thorough in cleaning. Yg tak professional is the management/supervisor/PIC who fail at customer service. Barang di rumah client dah pecah, tak ganti dan pasang balik, lepastu bila kita follow up dia senyap je. Benda pecah kita jugak yg kemas. Hope nobody else experiences this.

Very good service from customer service. But sometimes the cleaner they send is not so details so need to monitor their works. Overall experience is good and will continue to engages with them for my house cleaning service.
