#1 time used their services was very good. On time, ladies cleaned well.
#2 used their services, came late by almost 1 hour. So they did a rushed job and they expected me to be home waiting for the extra late hour.
#3 time – they have yet to show up. Its also almost an hour since they are supposed to arrive. Whatsapped the contact person about 40mins ago, no response at all.
Premium price for
1) poor quality work. Cleaners only clean around the perimeters of the area and do not bother lifting objects to clean
2) waste of time. Once they finish their poor quality work, they sit around doing nothing. They basically sit around doing zero work while they are on the clock
3) i have seen the workers using floor mop for the toilet seat.
PIC tries to sweet talk you into thinking you are exaggerating..but do not trust them
I would definitely recommend Asyraf and his team, even though there are some delay due to some unavoidable circumstances, Asyraf would still make it up to you and explain clearly and responsibly to you. Really appreciate it alot ! Meanwhile, the staff were paying good attention to the details and done their job very good enough. Definitely will use their service once again.
Poorly run business. Cleaners are sub standard. No one cares to take feedback about how badly run this business is. Maids should be sent back for re-training. They are lazy and uninterested. Their boss isnt doing anything about poor quality service
