Sent my engagement kurung for dry cleaning. Still have no idea how my engagement kurung shrunk….picture on the left was on 15th nov 2023 – before i sent for dry cleaning. Picture on the right was on my engagement ceremony 2nd nov 2023. Baru harini i sempat buat review sebab busy with work. So disappointed. Especially my future MIL made this baju for my engagement. I assume they cuci baju i. If betul they cuci baju i, they should be honest dengan i and bagitau i masa i pickup baju masatu.
This used to be my usual place sending my clothes for dry cleaning/wash when i stayed in Bukit Jelutong since 2008 until 2018.

i’ve been sending my clothes here for the past few months and so far i am very satisfied with their service. Puan Yati the manager is very friendly and handling my clothes excellently.
Sent 7 pairs of baju melayu and 8 samping for ironing/heat pressing to be used by dulang boys for a wedding. 3 samping was not pressed at all and 1 was not done properly as the creases from packaging(bought new) was still very visible. Paid for 8, but only 4 was ironed/pressed.
Was such a headache as we only realized this at the last moment on the day of the wedding.
I have been a dry clean customer for almost 5 years.. They still deliver a good service! Good job PIC.
