Overall outstanding service, especially Whatsapp communication by Carmen and worksmanship quality by the staffs on the premise.
It’s one of the few that are opened on Sunday. After I send the image over Whatsapp, Carmen gave a diagnosis and suggested the solution. The replies via Whatsapp were quick as I need to fix it urgently. This is starkly different with other car service places that I reached out at the same time, no replies, even those that reply keep asking back and forth without proceeding with the fix
Saw a lot of high-end cars in the garage, which mean they have build trust among the customers.
Worksmanship quality is excellent, this seems to be what they’re focus on. Price correspondingly is reasonable and can be paid via TnG.
