Amazing service! Raswi and Asiah are not only FANTASTIC at what they do but they always go above and beyond! They always attend their duties with a smile on their face and a fantastic attitude. When it comes to having your house feel sparkling clean, DC is a great company to rely on and Raswi and Asiah are an asset to the company! I highly recommend them for household cleaning and offices!
First time hiring them for moving out.Leader ani Scheduled appoinment at 8.30am but after waiting for 2 hr,i contacted her and she said she forgot about my appoinment( I send her my house location at 8am but did not respond).She just said sorry she forgot.
I notified the sales person regarding this matter (after waiting for 2 hour) and only replied 1 hour later responded sorry and thanks for notice ..
During the job,Yuti was excellent at her job but the other lady has poor cleaning skills. She used dirty wet tissue to clean my kitchen utensil. Noticing her poor skills,asked her to do dust cleaning at the living room but ignored my request .After repeating myself 2/3 times and only proceed to do my request. She also drink our water without asking permision. Yuti asked nicely for water and i give her.
Hired them for 2nd time,scheduled at 2 Pm but 1 hour late. Focusing on clothes only. I ended up doing some of the job because they were very slow at folding cloths( talking to each other).I did not request them to fold my personal belonging but they ended up spending more time folding them. Asked them to rush abit but still slow and i ended up doing things myself. At the end of the job there are some things left unfinished.
Was planning to hire them for 3rd and 4th time within 1 week but leader Ani respond rudely in my experience. I specifically want to hire Yuti but she said Yuti has other regular customer. I noticed 2/3 other people also leave the same review about their leader being rude now i experienced it myself.
I actually want to repeat their services despite of being expensive but i think they prioritize their regular customer more than their new customer.
-Kakak Yanti has been with us for so long and she’s really helpful and also does her work very well. She is willing to help out as much as possible and makes the environment very clean for us.
