Responsive on the line and able to get them to come quickly to the house for inspection and maintainance. Initially we used their one-off service for termites for a few times over a period of one year but didnt seem to solve the problem. They advised us to change our door frame in order to get rid of termites for good. We have yet to do so but after that we took their package so that they can come monthly regularly for inspection and maintainance for all kinds of pests and now our house feels cleaner. The termites issue seems to have slowed down too. Their pricing is quite reasonable.
I recently had a dead rat on my roof. Their response was quick and they did a great job removing the dead rat. Their one-time service also included spraying for ants, roaches, and rodent control. They were quick, professional, and gave me helpful advice to prevent future issues. Highly recommend their service!

Workers are polite with my mother in law when they come to do service at my home , i have rats problem and termites , after using this company these problem have been solve , their after sales service is great , really love their service highly recommend this company for anyone who has pests problem ..
