I sent in two pairs of shoes for a reglue and clean in December 2024 and only got them back in February 2024, let that timeline alone show you how slow and inefficient the service here was.
When I sent it my shoes, they did inform it will be about 3-4 weeks and after 4 weeks, they did not contact me to communicate any delays etc. It was me who has to constantly ask them for updates and no follow up from them.
When I finally came to collect my shoes, they forgot to clean it (facepalm) forcing me to leave it there for one more day. Further, the quality of work against their charges is utterly disappointing. I have to ask them to re-do and smooth out certain part.
Will not return for the service and will not risk sending my precious kicks here ever again.
I recently sent my shoes for cleaning, but I am extremely disappointed with the service. While the exterior looks somewhat cleaned, the inside of the shoes seems like it was just sprayed with water or solution without proper washing—it’s still dirty and musty smell.
Additionally, there was no update on when my shoes were ready for collection, which was quite inconvenient. The service did not meet expectations, and it definitely wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend it.
If you are running a shoe cleaning business, you should ensure the shoes are properly cleaned inside and out. Please wash them properly instead of just spraying them.
Honestly, they did a great job cleaning my shoes, and I’m happy with the results. The price is cheap too compared to others doing similar services.
However, I was disappointed that the service was not delivered by the promised time. It would have been better if updates were proactively communicated to me, instead of me having to ask for updates.
I can see that your business is growing and you’re handling many orders, which is a good sign. However, I encourage to also invest in improving communication and time management to provide an even better customer experience.

Thank you ezclean for cleaning up my shoes. I spilled sambal udang onmy husband shoes and the sambal remained on the shoes for few days because we didn’t realize that. I lost hope ady but just trying send it to ezclean and thanks goddd!! The shoes comeback without the sambal and also the no smell at all. The oil from the sambal almost gone and my husband still can wear his one and only sport shoes. The fee is RM50 per shoes and I really didn’t regret sending and paying to ezclean. Thank you so much ezclean.
