Hired a part time helper (Helen) from Mr Moo to look after my 8 month old baby for 2 weeks. The hiring process is smooth : Mr Moo helped to arrange an interview with Helen before we commit to her service , and payment structure is reasonable, clear cut and straightforward without any hidden cost. Helen is easy to communicate, quick learner and patient with my stranger-anxious baby. She took about 3 days to get used to my baby’s routine & build rapport with him , while starting from day one helping out with house chores whenever she can free her hand; I couldn’t be more pampered when she’s around. She really cared about my baby ❤️ I will definitely look for her help again through Mr Moo if I ever need help with my baby’s caregiving in future.

This is our first time hiring a maid to take care of our babies. We did a lot of research and compared a few agencies and finally chose Global Ace as the office is nearer and we are satisfied with Mr. Moo services.
He explained to us patiently the differences between the maid from different countries. He also shared the profile of the maid subsequently. Even when we are busy, he also spent time to record voice message for us to listen on it.
We didn’t hire immediately and waited for a few months as we were surveying and thinking. Mr. Moo is also willing to follow-up and gives us further information.
Once the maids were chosen, he also arranged a phone interview and assisted us in the interview as we are not familiar.
During the pickup of the maid, the explanation is also very clear and does and don’ts also clearly explained.
Now about 5 months we are using the maid and so far we are satisfied with her performance. When there is an issue with maid Mr. Moo also provides post market services.
Some drawbacks are the cost and the warranty policies which may not be as good as other agencies.. The maid that you choose can’t be on trial of use so if there is any dissatisfaction you may need to pay more to change.. But I guess Global Ace did have quality control on it.. Also the agency needs to gv more patients or guidance for the employer who is first time hiring..
