Satisfaction with few point
1. Price affordable (i compared few companies pricing different alots)i use this company only cause 1.9k, bit other need 3-6k
2. I use 5 ton lorry for delivery (pick up 2 different point and delivery to 2 different points) pick up driving journey around 10minutes no additional cost, delivery 2 different points with journey within 1 hours journey, but only add on 250, i feel that is reasonable.
3. The worker will help me to door to door load and unload the items. Very friendly workers especially the items arrangement, due to 2 points are different.
4. Back office staff also very nice and polite, explained prefer use how many ton lorry to fix in items we had. Even after working hours, their support team, driver and helpers are really support us and send all items accordingly.
Very professional and helpful in moving my stuffs to three different location. Price also pretty decent and affordable. Organised and able to settle everything in a short period of time. Only improvement is that they can try to be punctual next time and workers should have been briefed regarding the locations and timing of delivery. Minor issue but if they can rectify it will be great.

I used this company for my move-out, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. After the job was completed, I realized my dumbbells were missing, and my wall decorations were broken.
I reached out to their admin to check on the issue, but they have not gotten back to me. The lack of response and accountability is extremely frustrating. I expected a professional and reliable service, but instead, I was left with missing and damaged belongings and no resolution.
I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy moving service.
Great Movers staff were very professional and helped me move my personal belongings from PJ to Singapore. They were punctual and very helpful. The price rate was also affordable. So glad I chose their services.
