Zaf and his team went above and beyond to ensure that every cleanliness concern I had about my new apartment was addressed. They didn’t miss a single detail, and almost every request I made was carried out flawlessly.
Beyond just cleaning, they also helped with my move-in process by unpacking and organizing my belongings into their respective compartments, making my transition so much smoother.
What truly impressed me was their commitment to customer service. I forgot to mention that I needed my oven cleaned, and despite the miscommunication being on my end, they proactively offered to send someone over just to take care of it. That level of dedication is rare and greatly appreciated!

HATO team had shown very good communication, enthusiasm in their job and provides best services. Took the Deep Cleaning package and it was delivered to my expectations. First they will consult which area to be prioritised and carried out as best as possible. Cleaners did clean all the nooks and crannies, out of reach places and also all areas as discussed. Zaf was very responsible, checked all areas thoroughly before and after the process. Overall, I’m satisfied!
