dont buy Livinox product… i bought gun metal livinox bidet for rm299, after a month the colour changed and the hose damage… very bad quality…. When we asked the sales person about the warranty if anything went wrong before purchased, he said that we can replaced by new one. When we went to ask for the replacement, the warranty was not covered. Before purchased, pls ask n confirm first the actual warranty of the product…
Made a purchase rinsing spray set on 29/12/24. , However the hose was leaking and went to the customer service counter (exchange and refund) to exchange the set on 6/jan/24.
Attended by Mr Saddiq and only hose was replaced (not the whole set – fair enough)
Not the same brand, but i think its like random hose from the store.
Asked the staff what happen if the hose is still leaking, and he replied by saying that i can come again any time to do the exchange. Ive asked back, what happens if i come to do the exchange after 14 days from my purchase date @ should they count as today (the exchange date) is the new pruchase date. The staff seems clueless and when i asked, is there any SOP on exchange and refund , the staff said he is also not sure.
It seems like theres no proper SOP of item refund/exchange altho they are proudly saying about exchange & retun policy infront of their store. Theres no new documentation or formal black and white saying that the new exchange date or what so ever indicating my exchange.
Very dissappointed with the exchange process altho homepro is a big company. Please do better next time! It seems like kedai runcit are better in term of their documentation and exchange SOP.
Lastly, the staff just wrote the date of exchange on my receipt using a blue pen. Thats it…

A large warehouse type showroom of almost everything one would need to spruce up their home is available in this outlet.
Parking is never a problem in the covered car park area of IOI City Mall except for weekends and also public holidays when the mall explodes with people.
The variety is mind boggling, and sometimes good bargains can be had here when items go on sale, so do keep an eye out for the bargain items with marked down prices. Though these marked down items might not be the latest models, they still offer good value-for-money.
Items are arranged into specific areas, so it’s quite easy to find what you’re looking for quickly. However, you’d end up looking at other items on display as well, and soon you’ll realise that you’ve spent way much more time than you thought as your curiosity takes you through the corridors.
Prices are quite competitive, but checking on prices are now so easy with your smartphone, so do check on prices as you shop.
I did notice that getting the attention of a sales assistant can be a little daunting as they are quite few and far between. I can understand if they are busy on weekends or peak times, but having to hunt around for someone to get their attention to help you out can be quite troublesome and may lose customers as well.
A good shop to see, feel, touch before buying… maybe even somewhere else.
Went to HomePro ioi city mall to choose toilet basin + cabinet set and the staff there was super kind and helpful. Edd Fuad was super informative and taught me how to measure the toilet space and where to measure to ensure i make the correct and right choice for my small unit. I was lucky to have met Edd who went beyond to help me even when i came across problem with the installer who cancelled on me last minute (20 mins before the appointment time). Lucky i was given a back up team to install for me because i took leave from work just to wait for the installation.

I ordered 4 Doors from HomePro, they provide me installer which promotion price RM88. The installer Name is ANAS came to install the door. I am so satisfied and happy with his work. He did a wonderful job. Even though my door frame bend a-bit he able to make looks straight by sanding the door edge. Thank you Home Pro sending Anas for installation.
