I’ve booked for their curtains cleaning service via their app which was very convenient. They’re extremely helpful and accommodating. All their services have clear pricing on their app which I like.
After booking, they reached out to me via WhatsApp the night before to confirm my appointment, and showed up on time. Their staff were in and out within 10mins to removey curtains for cleaning. My curtains came back cleaned and smelling fresh.
I am extremely disappointed with their service. I first messaged them on 18/12/2024 and received no reply. I had to resend my message on 19/12/2024 before they finally responded. Since then, they have continuously delayed scheduling an appointment.
I had been waiting for confirmation since 19/12/2024, and while an appointment was supposedly set for 30/12/2024, they never confirmed it with me. Their lack of responsibility and unprofessional service has left me feeling very frustrated and disappointed.
Express and excellent service with care, tolerance and understanding for the needs and convenience of tenants/customers alike without letting price outweigh consideration and comfort of tying up business. I strongly recommend this company anyday and for everyone looking to have peace of mind during business relationship/engagement.
Recently we stayed at one of the places that is looked after by HomeUp and I must say that is was a very pleasant experience. The staff who greeted us with a smile and showed us to our room and also the room itself. Was very well decked out and thought off. All the necessary ammeneties were available at this particular place. The prices are also very affordable. All in all a great experience. We highly recommend you looking them up for ur next getaway.
