Received great service from Sean. He is attentive and helpful, trying his best to solve our problems and meet our expectations. The actual design was nice as expected.
I initially had a satisfactory experience with J&A Kitchen Cabinet and left a positive review. However, I’m extremely disappointed with their after-service support. 6 months after their work, we discovered that the wall shelf installation had perforated the piping inside the wall, causing an internal water leak. When we reached out to Nickson to address the issue, our messages were read but completely ignored.
It’s unacceptable for a company to be unresponsive when their work has caused damage. We had to engage other contractor to rectify the damage caused by J&A. Good service isn’t just about initial quality—it’s also about standing by your work and taking responsibility for mistakes. Unfortunately, J&A Kitchen Cabinet has failed in this regard. I can no longer recommend them based on this experience.
I had a goos experience with the professional staff, explaining from the materials, colours, process and the design ideas. They had a showroom in razak city Residences, can drop by to have a look at the materials. Saw the numerous awards on the wall very experienced and professional cabinet manufacturer. 👍
