Found a rat in our store room. Called Jason during off working hours and he responded quickly. He and his team arrived after about an hour and they managed to catch the rat in less than an hour.
They were extremely friendly and helpful — helped to clear away the droppings and perform sanitisation after. Jason helped to check the perimeter to find point of entry and identify vulnerabilities to other pests. Very good in educating on DIY preventive measures too.
Have yet to try but they offer services like painting, carpentry and other minor household repairs works as well.
Saw a rat late at night in my apartment and had no idea how to urgently get rid of it. Called Jaya Pest Solutions for SOS help.
Very thankful for Jason and team who came over quickly, helped identify the possible areas in my home the rat could have come in through, and set up glue traps with bait in strategic areas to catch it. They even advised me on what to do once the rat is caught, and how to prevent this from happening next time.
To my huge relief, the rat was caught in one of the glue traps within just 1.5hours! Many thanks to Jason and team for your excellent help in solving this issue effectively and in such a short time!
An animal must have died 2-3 days prior in the ceiling above my master bed room, as there was a faint smell.
This night I went to bed slightly past midnight, when I noticed what I thought was just dirt on my bed. After a few minutes, I felt things dropping from the ceiling.
I realised later that maggots were falling from my ceiling pendant light right above my bed. This is certainly not funny already.
Did a Google search and called a couple of numbers for 24-hour pest control services but to no avail.
