I recently worked with “Inniva Design” on my condo renovation project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, super attentive, and incredibly talented.
I especially want to thank Jimmy, Bella and Melvin. The initial consultation was thorough, and they took the time to listen to our ideas, preferences, and concerns. They came back with a creative design plan that balanced aesthetics and functionality.
The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the space does not only look beautiful but also tailored to our needs. What impressed us the most was how they were able to transform the space into something that felt uniquely mine while staying true to the original vision we had discussed. The final result is a modern luxurious and cozy home that we absolutely love spending time in.
The entire process is with timely updates. Any challenges that arose were handled promptly and professionally, which made the experience really enjoyable and stress-free. They continue providing excellent service and warranty support to us even though we have been staying in for weeks.

Had the opportunity to work with Nicholas. Can reach him at +60 12-737 5056. He’s great at accommodating with our ideas and fulfil most of our requirements. From design mood board, he’ll go through the general scheme (little details must inform earlier, may forget along the way). Then the construction process was done with all the proper steps. After the renovation, he’s also quick and able to rectify/resolve any minor comments found. Overall quite a satisfactory experience with him and his team.
My house was damaged because of fire. However I had the chance to hire Inniva Design for house repair and renovation. The work took 5 months, however, I am super-satisfied with the outcome, services and professionalism. Nicholas was very accommodating with our ideas. Inniva has an excellent team of sub-contractors ranging from flooring, wiring, plaster ceiling, painting, piping, dismantling and wet works. The actual outcome is equal to what was portrayed by 3d design. Beautiful.
The hiccups along the way were dealt with professionally. For example, the frame for the casement window was mistakenly ordered. But, they uninstalled the window immediately and changed it with the correct one.
But, you have to negotiate price with them to get the best price. And be flexible and forgiving also.
Make sure get warranty from the contractors after work is finished. This is for peace of mind for both sides.
Anyway, I will write another review after one year warranty finished (after sales service).
