The past rainy season, our roof started to leak. When we contacted J&K Roof Contractors, Mr Kevin responded to our enquiry very quickly. They set up an appointment to come down and inspect our roof, and found that there was a hole in our old gutter. The quotation they provided was very reasonable, and we were able to get a slot for repair within 2-3 weeks even though it was during the holiday season.
Their service is quite exceptional. While we were waiting for our repair, there was a day where the leak became a waterfall as a result of an extra heavy downpour. Mr Kevin was very kind to arrange for his team in to do an emergency quick patch on the gutter hole the very next day. This helped us tide through the few rest of the week while we waited for the waterproofing appointment.
For the actual waterproofing, the team was very courteous and professional. They finished the job in a timely manner, and kept us updated on the progress throughout. They also helped patch the ceiling boards inside the house that got damaged by the leak. The roof looks like new now, and the leaks are gone. we are very glad J&K roof contractors helped us with this!
