Sent my stools for them to repaint. Attitude wise I really give 5 star. Workmanship for my wooden stools I have to reduce to 3 stars. Some areas not painted nicely. Not sure if my stool shape is too difficult to repaint. 😅

Contacted Neo via WhatsApp and gave him details about my dining bench that needed refurbishment. His response was fast and my bench was collected and done within stipulated time. Padding was thick, soft and firm with neat workmanship. And the hinge and closure was fixed, too. Collection and delivery handled by Thomas was done very well — bench was carefully wrapped before removing from my home. It came back fixed, wrapped well and clean.
My dining chair had a broken leg during the shipment, but they repaired it skillfully at an affordable cost, giving it a second chance at life. The team was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. Based on their excellent service, I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Took a chance with Joy Home Repair Experts after reading some positive reviews online. My 2 sofas needed the seat paddings replaced. Response to my enquiries was prompt and the sofas were collected and returned to me within 14 days. Padding replaced was nice and firm. Sofas were wrapped in plastic when they were brought back to avoid damage / staining. I’m more than happy to recommend Joy Home Repair for your furnishing repairs.
