Good service, on time, but I was just told that all this time the technician did not spray the septic tank because it was said that it could not be opened because it was tight (the technician only used a small screw driver), while the contractor previously had no problem opening it using a hook/certain equipment. Kamal & Kamal’s solution is for customers to open the septic tank themselves : (
