Great service! Keen Klean took my last minute request & am thankful for it. Very satisfied with the outcome as sofa has never been cleaned for almost 10 years. Very efficient work & gives their all to get the tough stains out. Learned some things from them regarding sofa materials & such, therefore the cleaning session felt more relax.
Ps: They even humor my request on cleaning my anime pillow. They tested a bit to see how the pillow reacts to the cleaning, before proceeding full extraction. I don’t feel judged at all 🤗
Good service, cleaned 2 sofa and 2 mattresses. Whole process took about 3 hours give or take. Staff was very professional and answered all queries. Very satisfied with end product— my sofas especially were very stained, and now they look brand new 💖. Recommend them for your cleaning services!
