I engaged Kilat-Kilat for post-renovation cleaning of my condominium unit, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While they finished the work earlier than scheduled, the cleaning was far from thorough. Some areas were noticeably neglected, requiring me to hire another service provider to complete the job properly. I expected a more professional and detailed service for the price paid. Not recommended if you’re looking for meticulous post-renovation cleaning.
I’ve used this cleaning service twice now—once for a move-out cleaning and another time for a post-renovation job. Both times, they’ve exceeded my expectations. For the move-out cleaning, they left the place spotless, and my landlord was so impressed that I got my full deposit back. For the post-renovation cleaning, they handled the dust, debris, and stubborn paint stains with ease. Their team is polite, hardworking, and incredibly thorough. What stood out to me is their willingness to listen to customer needs and adapt accordingly. They worked efficiently, and there was no cutting corners. I also appreciate their flexible scheduling, which made it easy for me to book a time that worked with my busy schedule. This company is a lifesaver for anyone in need
THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING
DISHONESTY of cleaners.
I would like to share my bad experience with this company cleaners.
I booked 2 cleaners to clean my new house, I haven’t move in yet.
And their cleaners use the glass cleaning liquid to wiped my cabinets and they spilled on floor without telling me before they leave. Of course the corner can’t easily be notice because it was at the fridge corner.
Result: my new cabinet was spoiled due to the liquid was there for long.
Cleaning on 5 Oct, when I noticed it was 2 weeks later.
Therefore I checked with their PIC, and turned out the cleaner didn’t admit and saying they never use that glass cleaning liquid to wipe my cabinet. (Which I saw that with my own eyes) and the bottle was new, after 2 hours, the liquid left half bottle. And they claimed they never use it.
Hope others can avoid this.
Please take pictures or videos of the cleaners cleaning if you were to book cleaners from them.
Their cleaners cannot be trusted.
I will continue to collect prove and make police report for their dishonesty and caused my new house furniture damage.

IF THEY OPERATING AS PER CLAIM! WHY THE HECK THEY RESPONSE TO MY INQUIRY AT 3.44PM ON SATURDAY?

Highly recommended cleaning service! Contacted via WhatsApp and got all the pricing detail in minutes. Got a crew of 5 cleaners for my new home post renovation and they did an amazing job. Home is sparkling clean. Cleaners were friendly and very communicative while getting the job done well. Thank you to Sha and the crew for a great experience and service.
