I contacted Kilstant about a possible termite infestation at my house.
They were very thorough in verbally checking whether the infestation I was facing is really related to termites as they only cover termites issues and not other types of infestation. They shared photos & videos of termites vs other infestation so I could have a better understanding. Eventually it was determined that I had a black ant infestation which they do not cover.
