Extremely Disappointed with the Service!
The first three pest control treatments were fine, and the technicians arrived on time and they will update if any delays. However, after the third treatment, we were still getting bitten, so we requested a fourth warranty treatment. The person in charge told me that the scheduler would contact me on 24/2/2025 to arrange the appointment, but no one reached out. I had to follow up myself on 25/2/2025, and only then did the scheduler arrange the fourth treatment for 27/2/2025 at 2 PM.
On the appointment day, I waited until 2:20 PM, but the technicians were still not here, and no one bothered to update me. I contacted the scheduler again, and they just casually said the technicians would arrive “any minute”—then completely ignored me. In the end, the technicians only arrived after 3:28 PM, meaning I had waited for over an hour with zero proactive updates.
What is the point of making an appointment if they can’t stick to the schedule? This poor coordination seriously disrupted my plans. Very irresponsible service, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values their time!
A very reliable pest control company. Recently my family was suffering from the flea bite. The PIC gave us the details explanation how the procedure of the disinfection with reasonable price. Luckily, the flea not found after one time service. Highly recommended.
After renovation, I requested for a one time pest control spray at our place. To be honest, i really thought all should be fine , especially with all those paint and cabinet smells plus the pest spray all will be great. We then move in and prepare to leave for our holidays
3.5 weeks later, came back i saw the cockroaches running around.
Called the company and they sent someone free of charge to do one more round, they came and did the spray on manholes and toilets.
