We use this service once every two weeks or so and we’ve found them consistently excellent. They do a good job and they send an sms when you can collect your things.
After some years of perfect service, they lost a pair of trousers. Amazingly, they found them within a day. Truly a service worth using. Parking outside is not easy but upstairs is a piece of cake.
Their services is excellent with multiple outlets which allows me to drop off and pickup my items. We jsut move to subang from Mont Kiara and we are so pleased Mama Jo is also in subang
Their service has been excellent so far from the day we arrived here in Malaysia. Now all our weekly laundry and dry cleaning are sent to them.
For subang you just need to be patient to find parking but try to avoid peak hours. Other than that thumbs up
I’ve been looking for a good wash and fold in SS15 for awhile. And after an unimpressive and expensive experience at a local chain, I almost gave up my search. Thankfully, I found this hidden gem in the basement of First Subang and they did an amazing job at a fair price!
I’ve since dropped off a duvet with equally impressive results! Their communication via phone and Facebook were both excellent. Highly recommend them and will definitely be a repeat customer!
Closed on Chinese new Year, but great service when opened.
The CS on duty is very helpful in helping me with my garments. Collected my itemsntoday bags and some dry cleaning and am bery happy with my bab result.
The dry clean items are packed nicely and the CS even helped me carry it to my car.
