Really happy with all my visits here. Latest was when I sent my bag for cleaning after I had dropped some hot chocolate on it. Was super happy with the results, no one would ever say that this item was stained previously. Mama Jo staff at The Ooak Mont Kiara took the time to explain the possible outcomes and never made promises they couldn’t keep.
Honestly, as a customer, we just want the realistic truth and not something scripted whereby one is forced into a decision.
At Mama Jo, they are never pushy. Great service and tangible results. Same thing when I sent my leather shoes and jackets previously, excellent leather SPA service and quality (5 stars for sure).
If you have leather items that have sentimental value or require expert care, I suggest trying these guys, they are the best I’ve experienced so far.
They did an amazing job on my all white jacket. It was in very bad condition with stains and mold and they did wonders to it and restored it back to it’s super white original state. And it was so affordable, I can’t believe it. My go-to place since last year.

Brilliant at leather restoration and cleaning. Sent 2 of my bags that I regularly use. Colour change was done expertly. Another, the leather was begining to harden and there was some wear and tear, all of which was restored exactly as they said. They even do metal plating using real gold,saw a few posts on theirs Instagram. Highly recommend. After trying a few places, can assure you Mama Jo is one of the best for designer leather bag/wallet/shoe care. Very polite and patient customer service. Took the time to make sure I understood exactly what I was paying for. Never hurries or tries to push you just to make a sale. Very transparent and straight to the point. A must try if you’re super OCD about quality. Two thumbs up!
