Book for a slot, but no cleaners came on the day itself. Tried to call and text to enquiry, but owner didn’t pick up the calls and did’nt replied although the WA status shows online!
Tried booked anothers future slot after few days later, owner replied confirming the slot but no cleaners come again!
Wasting your time as you have pre-planned your days to arrange for this.
Very bad service not responsibility already book for today but not coming call no answer at all !!!
Came earlier than promised, even though i took for only 2 hours of cleaning, the cleaner did an AMAZING JOB. I am beyond satisfied and super happy with the service, she left everything sparkling clean & spot on. On top of that, the cleaning fee is also reasonable. Thank you so much Mawar Cleaner!! I will definitely recommend this company if you guys are searching for cleaning service.
Tried asking them to commit to a time, they never replied despite giving a quote. Until now no response. My partner sent messages everyday for 4 days in a row and no one replied. Shut down your business if you arent keen on replying.
