Dangerous, do not recommend this service. They will damage your clothes, make customer pay upfront but do not inform 1 month ++ later with missing & ruined clothes. Then later they will inform you of the T&C after damaged items, and claim all other laundrettes do the same. Act of negligence and scam service
did my laundry here, not bad. It is a bit pricey, but my clothes were returned all fine (thankfully), granted I used a third party to send my clothes here, so I’m not sure how good would the service be if I were to directly come and visit
Staff (Ana of Mutiara Damansara) is frendly and accomodating. They always maintain quality of sevice. Been thier customer close to 5 years now. Highly recommended for those staying near by
This is absolutely the worst laundry service I have ever experienced. Not only that clothes went missing and paid double for hand-wash only to get a brand new white shirt to turn into blue.
*ps: messaged them politely and was gaslighted and no apologies or improvement whatsoever.
