Sent an old luggage for repairs and the person who greeted me didn’t just consulter for repairing, told me if my bag was in a good condition, very very friendly and really helpful. For someone who’s not knowledgeable about luggage, she assisted me really well. I repaired 4 wheels for RM180 and it took LESS THAN 30 minutes. It’s amazing! Truly recommend this place 🩷🫶
