Our door contact set that was installed less than 5 months ago became faulty. Two of their staff came, whereby the senior one was not responsive from the start. So I left them be to do the checking. They went ahead and changed the faulty part and wanted to bill. That’s when I queried the senior staff about the bill even though it was a small sum, as there was no assurance that the same problem won’t re-occur. He got annoyed. Immediately after checking with the PIC about my response, he left without a word. Leaving the junior technician, calling after him. I did call and message the PIC about what went on and again there was no response either. Ironically, the junior technician was the one that shown way better customer service.
