1st time try this shop to wash my carpets (RM50 per carpet). Customer services was good. They could help us pick up the carpets from car. But, I was so disappointed wth the condition of one of my carpets. One side is torn apart (as pictures).
Tried to call the number below ( found on review on receipt) but the receiver said it was wrong number. Tried the first one several times but no one pick up. I saw review said it can be done in 3 hours so I decided to walk in just to hear “sini bukan dobi express” 😒
Great experience and great staff. I was hesitant at first due to the previous reviews but my experience was great. I got my blazer the next day. Clean and nice smell. Hopefully they keep up their good service.
Like the environment..friendly staff especially the malay bold guy..forget to ask his name…keep up the good work 👍😊
